We are delighted to bring you at last some local, Central Coast bison - a dream since we started our first bison herd back in 2023.

Bison has all the rich goodness of beef, with the added benefits of wild game: lower in fat, higher in protein and iron. It's a rich source of beta-carotene, the essential vitamins B6 and B12 (which so many are lacking in this era of processed foods), and minerals like zinc, selenium, phosphorous and omega-3s. This meat will boost your energy, immunity AND brain function.
