Bison Top Sirloin deliver exceptional flavor and tenderness that's low in fat and high in nutrition. We offer two steaks per pack. This cut is $26/lb. and registered price is an estimate based on a 1.4 lb. cut. If your steak is under, we'll refund the balance; if it's over we'll invoice the rest.
