Bison Top Sirloin comes in individual steak packs (roughly 1.4 pounds each), delivering exceptional flavor and tenderness that's low in fat and high in nutrition. 

Offering fresh and local bison is a dream come true, and a long time coming since we started our first bison herd in 2023.

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. This order qualifies for a free Wednesday delivery to the North County or Coast from San Simeon to San Luis. We also offer pick-up days once a week in Templeton, and 2-5 p.m. Fridays at the Cambria Farmers Market.
