Bison New York Steaks (Two-Pack)

Our New York steaks (approx 9-11 oz each) are sweet and juicy, with all the special flavor of bison. Grill them up, stick 'em in the cast-iron, and make your special someone happy!

Offering fresh and local bison is a dream come true, and a long time coming since we started our first bison herd in 2023.

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. We offer free Wednesday delivery for orders of $150 and up to the North County or Coast from San Simeon to San Luis. We also offer pick-up days once a week in Templeton, and 2-5 p.m. Fridays at the Cambria Farmers Market.
