Bison New York Steaks/Striploin Steaks (2-pack)

Our Bison New York/striploin steaks are sweet and juicy, with all the special flavor of bison. Grill them up, stick 'em in the cast-iron, and make your special someone happy! This cut is $26/lb. and registered price is an estimate based on a 1.4 lb. cut. If your steak is under, we'll refund the balance; if it's over we'll invoice the rest.

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. Our ranch pop-up store at 575 North Green Valley Road off Hwy 46 in Cambria is open most Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We also offer weekly deliveries for orders $150 and up to the North County, as well as the Coast from San Simeon to San Luis.
