Bison Tri-Tip - Small

Bison Tri-Tip is a big, tender triangle of meat, a cut popularized in our own county through Santa Maria Barbecue. Everyone loves it, and you can't go wrong. Serve this beautifully mild cut seasoned well and with your favorite sauce. If you opt to roast it, cook it low and slow until fork tender.

These tri-tips are two-and-a-quarter pounds and cost $21/lb.
