Our Bison Ribeyes (which come in a two-steak pack) are the creme de la creme of steaks. Tender and flavorful, they make for a truly special foodie experience!

After a quick sear, cook them low and slow to achieve a perfect medium-rare red all the way through. You won't forget this meat anytime soon.

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. Our ranch pop-up store at 575 North Green Valley Road off Hwy 46 in Cambria is open most Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We also offer weekly deliveries for orders $150 and up to the North County, as well as the Coast from San Simeon to San Luis.
