Bison Tri-Tip

Bison Tri-Tip is a big, tender triangle of meat (approx. 2 pounds), a cut popularized in our own county through Santa Maria Barbecue. Everyone loves it, and you can't go wrong. Serve this beautifully mild cut seasoned well and with your favorite sauce. If you opt to roast it, cook it low and slow until fork tender.

Price is $22/lb, and tri-tips are approximately 2.3 lbs.

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. Our ranch pop-up store off Hwy 46 in Cambria is open Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. We also offer weekly deliveries for orders $150 and up to the North County, as well as the Coast from San Simeon to San Luis.
