Buying a full quarter bison is a great way to get prime steaks together with delicious roasts and ground. You can buy at a bulk price and keep your freezer stocked for guests and special weeknight dinners!

• 10 pounds steaks (ribeye, NY strip or T-bone, tenderloin, top sirloin, and flank)
• 10 pounds roast (crossrib chuck; chuck; sirloin tip; short ribs)
• 18 pounds ground bison. 2 pounds loose Sweet Italian sausage.

Please note: We do not ship meat. Our ranch pop-up store at 575 North Green Valley Road off Hwy 46 in Cambria is open Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We also offer weekly deliveries for orders $150 and up to the North County, as well as the Coast from San Simeon to San Luis.
