Bison Chuck Roast (approx 3-4 lbs)

Bison chuck roasts are perfect for slow-cooked comfort food... whether you opt for the elegance of a French herb-infused daube, a fiery Texas chili (no beans, of course), a simple pot roast with thyme, or even shredded tacos. 

The average weight for our roasts is 3-4 lbs. We will adjust the final price depending on the precise weight. 

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. Our ranch pop-up store off Hwy 46 in Cambria is open Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. We also offer weekly deliveries for orders $150 and up to the North County, as well as the Coast from San Simeon to San Luis.
