Our 12.5-lb Pre-Order Bison Chuck Roasts are perfect for slow-cooked comfort food... whether you opt for the elegance of a French herb-infused daube, a fiery Texas chili (no beans, of course), a simple pot roast with thyme, or even shredded tacos.

Offering fresh and local bison is a dream come true, and a long time coming since we started our first bison herd in 2023.

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. This order qualifies for a free Wednesday delivery to the North County or Coast from San Simeon to San Luis. We also offer pick-up days once a week in Templeton, and 2-5 p.m. Fridays at the Cambria Farmers Market.
