PREORDER: Quarter Bison (80 lbs; $21/lb)

Buying a full quarter bison is a great way to get prime steaks together with delicious roasts and ground. You can buy at a bulk price and keep your freezer stocked for guests and special weeknight dinners!

One quarter (approx. 80 pounds, depending on the bison) mirrors the cut breakdown of a full bison, which is half ground plus a quarter roasts and a quarter steaks.

• 20 pounds steaks (ribeye, NY strip, tenderloin, top sirloin, and flank)
• 20 pounds roast (crossrib chuck; chuck; sirloin tip; short ribs)
• 40 pounds ground bison.

Please note: We do not ship meat. Our ranch pop-up store at 575 North Green Valley Road off Hwy 46 in Cambria is open Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We also offer weekly deliveries for orders $150 and up to the North County, as well as the Coast from San Simeon to San Luis.
