Grassfed Angus Beef

Each year we offer some of our reserve ranch-kill beef for custom cuts - the best way to buy an animal in our opinion, as the meat is treated in the old school way and guaranteed to be tender. WE ARE SOLD OUT OF CUSTOM BEEF UNTIL SUMMER 2026.

We raise our beef like wild animals: they graze their entire lives in the fields to produce the most nutritious meat possible, with minimal exposure to vaccines, no exposure to hormones, and absolutely no stress or distress because they're taken humanely "in the wild"? If so, this is the beef for you. You can buy a full beef (400-500 pounds) for just $13 per pound; half beef (around 200-250) pounds) for $14 per pound; and a quarter beef (100 pounds) for $15 per pound.

Let us know if you would like to buy the animal live on hoof. You can even come to the ranch and pick it out! Selling price would be market weight per pound. We can handle the slaughter and delivery to the butcher of your choice (you would take it from there), or hand over the live beef to you.
