Weekly Bison Variety Pack - June 8

It's cool for June, so how about trying a bison roast this week? Roasts have become my default dinner option. When it's hot, I just braise on our Traeger -- after searing, I stick the roast with herbs/spices/bourbon/stock/mustard into a Dutch oven and leave the whole thing on the grill for hours. Delicious!

This week's offering includes either a 3.5+ lb. chuck roast or chuck crossrib roast, and a four-pack of quarter-pound burger patties.
