Tennessee and Texas made us love brisket. And yes, it takes patience to cook right but if you've got a BBQ or Traeger, anyone can do it! Remember, just smoke, wrap, and rest it - we also recommend "mopping it" periodically with a cup of vinegar, salt, garlic, and dried red peppers.
