Our mini cattle herd focuses primarily on breeds that can do it all, good for dairy, beef, or pets. Our Mini White Park-Jersey cross-breeds, little Zebu, and Belfairs are truly special and will make your farmyard complete.

Mini cattle are a wonderful way to keep a beef or dairy animal without hefty investment. They need just one-third to one-half of the acreage and feed of their full-sized peers. Their gentleness and small size make them great for families. Kids love them!

Prince Humperdink (Prince for short) Our latest addition! Prince is our newest little bull calf, born to our mini White Park-Jersey cross heifer Princess. White Parks are a special breed, with sweet temperaments that make them easy to handle and train for homesteads. They produce excellent high-quality beef and are wonderful milkers as well; bred with mini jerseys, their milk is exceptional, with a hefty head of cream. They are also highly adaptable to different climates (with high heat tolerance) and have proved resilient to pneumonia and other diseases that hit cattle.

The mini Jersey strain brings all the wonderful attributes that you want on your homestead: genes for high quality, high-fat and high-calcium milk production.

Humpedink's father is Zebu, making him one of those rare and valuable Zebu-mini beef crosses. Zebu hail from South Asia originally and are noted for a fatty hump that makes them look almost like buffalo. Prince wears a slight hump, but otherwise looks more like a White Park.

Born Sept. 8, 2025, he will be available in November as either a bull or steer. Just let us know your preference. $1,800.
