Bison Ribs

Our 3-lb pack of Bison short ribs are meaty and tasty. Add a spicy Asian, fragrant Italian, or sweet BBQ marinade, cook 'em long and slow until they fall off the bone, then serve up with rice, polenta, or potatoes and coleslaw.

Offering fresh and local bison is a dream come true, and a long time coming since we started our first bison herd in 2023.

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. We offer free Wednesday delivery for orders $150 to the North County or Coast from San Simeon to San Luis. We also offer pick-up days once a week in Templeton, and 2-5 p.m. Fridays at the Cambria Farmers Market.
