Bison Picanha & Tri-Tip bundle

This bundle features two tasty cuts:

Bison Picanha (approx. 25 oz.), also known as the sirloin or rump cap, delivers juiciness along with the premium bison flavor. This cut was popularized in Brazil and is beloved by chefs everywhere.

Bison Tri-Tip (just under 2 lbs) is a big, tender triangle of meat (approx. 2 pounds), a cut popularized in our own county through Santa Maria Barbecue. Everyone loves it, and you can't go wrong. Serve this beautifully mild cut seasoned well and with your favorite sauce. If you opt to roast it, cook it low and slow until fork tender.

Offering fresh and local bison is a dream come true, and a long time coming since we started our first bison herd in 2023.

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. This order qualifies for a free Wednesday delivery to the North County or Coast from San Simeon to San Luis. We also offer pick-up days once a week in Templeton, and 2-5 p.m. Fridays at the Cambria Farmers Market.
