We're pleased to announce the imminent arrival of fresh, local bison meat, and we are offering a special pre-order opportunity for new, local customers - including local delivery.

Our 12.5-lb Bison Burger Bundle Box (1/32nd of a bison!) gives you grassfed ground bison for $15 per pound. The meat comes frozen and can be stored until you need it (or just can't wait anymore.)

Offering fresh and local bison is a dream come true, and a long time coming since we started our first bison herd in 2023.

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. This order qualifies for a free Wednesday delivery to the North County or Coast from San Simeon to San Luis. We also offer pick-up days once a week in Templeton, and 2-5 p.m. Fridays at the Cambria Farmers Market.
