Bison Short Ribs

Bison short ribs are an overlooked staple. Braise them Korean style, or smoke them on the Traeger. They're also superb for stews and soups. They're the preference for soup of my mother, an exceptional cook.

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. Our ranch pop-up store off Hwy 46 in Cambria is open Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. We also offer weekly deliveries for orders $150 and up to the North County, as well as the Coast from San Simeon to San Luis.
