Bison Short Ribs

Bison short ribs are an overlooked staple. Braise them Korean style, or smoke them on the Traeger. They're also superb for stews and soups. They're the preference for soup of my mother, an exceptional cook. These packs weigh about 2.5 lbs to 3 lbs and cost $18 per pound.
