Here in Green Valley, we eat grassfed ground beef and bison at least three times a week -- in fried tacos, Sicilian meatballs, bacon-browned meat loaf and, of course, burger! Susannah loves her burgers with bleu cheese, while Garrett and the kids prefer a nice sharp raw cheddar.

Our grassfed beef comes from the happy cows of Green Valley, Cambria, raised without hormones or meddling, whose lush homegrown grass feed will pass you those nutrients your body craves and needs.

Please note: We do not ship beef. We offer pick-up days once a week in Templeton, and 2-5 p.m. Fridays at the Cambria Farmers Market. For orders of $150 or more, we will deliver to the North County and to addresses on the Coast from San Simeon to Morro Bay.
