This time of year, there's nothing better than a brisket braised in sherry and rich homemade beef stock. Add in some fresh thyme, Spanish paprika, green olives, garlic, onion, and you've got the perfect dish. 

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. Our ranch pop-up store off Hwy 46 in Cambria is open Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. We also offer weekly deliveries for orders $150 and up to the North County, as well as the Coast from San Simeon to San Luis.
