Beef 'n Bison Roast Box

Prep for the winter months with our bison and beef roast pack: featuring a diverse mix of cuts that'll make everyone happy!

This pack features:

1 bison "mock tender" - a shoulder cut that's even more flavorful than the tenderloin, and makes an excellent slow-braised pot roast.

1 bison brisket - also sublime after a day of slow-cooking to fall-apart tender.

1 beef top round roast - a versatile roast that makes great French Dips.

1 beef sirloin tip roast - a cut that works well with a little braising and relatively short roasting time.

Offering fresh and local bison is a dream come true, and a long time coming since we started our first bison herd in 2023.

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. Our ranch pop-up store off Hwy 46 in Cambria is open Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. We also offer weekly deliveries for orders $150 and up to the North County, as well as the Coast from San Simeon to San Luis.
