Bison T-Bone Steaks (2+ pounds; 2-pack; bone-in)

Also known as short-loins, these steaks are two-in-one: New York strip on one side, and filet mignon or tenderloin on the other - separated by a distinct T-shaped bone. The bone makes it extra juicy! This cut is $28/lb. and price is an estimate based on a 2 lb steak. You'll get a refund if it comes under and a balance invoice if it's over.
