Bison flank steaks are a beautiful budget steak; we love them for stir-fry or seared with a lemon and olive oil marinade.

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. Our ranch pop-up store at the North Green Valley Road and Hwy. 46 junction (just outside Cambria) is open Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
