Bison Cube Steaks

Bison cube steaks come from the round, and are tenderized so that you can eat them like a steak! They are an economical way to enjoy the luxurious taste and texture of bison. You can fry them up in flour or just cook them like a regular steak. 

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. Our ranch pop-up store off Hwy 46 in Cambria is open Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. We also offer weekly deliveries for orders $150 and up to the North County, as well as the Coast from San Simeon to San Luis.
