Bison Brisket

Our Bison Briskets (3 lbs each) give you endless options: barbecue! crock pot! smoker! You want to cook low and slow with a nice flavorful rub and you'll have a dinner to impress your family or guests. Please note that this weight is approximate: we will adjust the price on delivery if it's more or less.

Offering fresh and local bison is a dream come true, and a long time coming since we started our first bison herd in 2023.

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. This order qualifies for a free Wednesday delivery to the North County or Coast from San Simeon to San Luis. We also offer pick-up days once a week in Templeton, and 2-5 p.m. Fridays at the Cambria Farmers Market.
