Our Bison Briskets (more than 6 lbs each) give you endless options: barbecue! crock pot! smoker! You want to cook low and slow with a nice flavorful rub and you'll have a dinner to impress your family or guests. Please note that this weight is approximate: we will adjust the price on delivery if it's more or less.

Please note: We currently do not ship meat. Our ranch pop-up store off Hwy 46 in Cambria is open Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. We also offer weekly deliveries for orders $150 and up to the North County, as well as the Coast from San Simeon to San Luis.
