Ranch Bison Popup Barn Dinner October 25

Join us to celebrate the birth of our first bison calves - aka "red dogs" - and the autumnal bounty of our ranch with a special Barn Popup Dinner on October 25.

We are proud to welcome you all to our historic ranch barn to taste our ranch-sourced meats - including bison and venison! - as beautifully showcased by Chef Yancy Knapp from Big Sur's premier sushi restaurant at Treebones. Dessert and appetizers are included.

We are limiting this our first event to just 50 guests and offer two price tiers: a dinner with wine pairings or a dinner without. Sorry, we don't have any vegetarian options - this is a meat-eater's dream meal!

Anthony Yount from the Royal Nonesuch Farm - a small, family craft vineyard - will be pouring his exceptional wines to pair with your meal.

If you would like to bring bison and wine home with you, both will be available for purchase.

Prior to the dinner, we will be offering the rare chance to tour our bison fields on a special Red Dog safari to view our new bison babies. Pair dinner and a safari for an unforgettable and festive Autumn evening.
